Meditation Workshop

Have you heard that meditation is good for you? Have you tried meditation and "failed" (good news, there is no failure in mediation)? This 2-day workshop will introduce participants to different techniques of meditation practice. Learn about different techniques of meditation and what works best for you through active practice. Techniques will include mindful movement, breath focus, guided, and silent meditation.
Each day of class will include some lecture, discussion, and guided practice (including movement, breathing, and meditation). Additional resources will be provided to participants. Participants are encouraged to bring note-taking materials, a practice mat, and wear comfortable clothing for movement. Pre-registration is required for this workshop. Fee for 2-day workshop is $200.
