Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist
Ayurveda is the “sister science” of yoga. Yoga focuses on movement (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation to relieve suffering. Ayurveda is the science of life - using food, mantra, and daily practices (like yoga and cleansing rituals). I completed training as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist in 2022 with Kathryn Templeton through Yoga International.
