In-person class will be held at Northminster Presbyterian Church.
Class will include a guided workout with step-by-step instructions on movements and form. Every move will be "scaled" to suit your current ability - this means that every move will include adaptations to be more or less intense based on where you are now. Movements will use body weight and very light weight (think small water bottles or resistance bands). Light weights will be provided at each class. Bring an exercise mat. *Bring your own weights if desired.
