This workshop will focus on how to use yoga asana to build strength, stability, and flexibility in the upper back and neck as well as useful ways to adapt common postures to allow for issues in this area. Class will include some lecture, discussion, and guided practice (including props for both seated and floor movements). Participants are encouraged to bring note-taking materials, a practice mat, and wear comfortable clothing for movement.
