Finding Your Voice: Tools of Transformation

  • Dragonfly360 1724 East 86th Street Indianapolis, IN, 46240 United States (map)

Yoga philosophy is rich with discussions about identifying and embracing your personal dharma, your true life's work/purpose. This 5-hour workshop will include information from the Bhagavad Gita, describing the concept of dharma, and the 4 Basic Aims of Life (Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksa). Class will include some lecture, discussion, and guided practice (including movement, breathing, and meditation). You will leave this training with an understanding of these ideas from yoga philosophy as well as a personal journey to better understand yourself. This is a great class to attend if you are interested in diving deeper into a formal yoga teacher training program!

Register online at Dragonfly360 or call (317)334-9840. Fee for 1-day class is $125.
