The sister science to Yoga is Ayurveda – a holistic science of cultivating health through diet and lifestyle. In this workshop you will learn about the doshas or constitutions, the energetic models supporting them, and specific diet or yoga practices to help create balance. Additional resources will be provided to participants. Participants are encouraged to bring note-taking materials, a practice mat, and wear comfortable clothing for movement. Class will include some lecture, discussion, and guided practice (including movement, breathing, and meditation).
