Healthy balance for pelvic floor muscles is essential for proper functioning of our digestion, posture, and sense of stability. When this area is too tight or too loose, it can cause a variety of problems. Join this workshop to learn about pelvic floor anatomy, how/when you should strengthen or relax this space, and some yoga concepts for managing this part of the body (root chakra, mula bandha, pranayama, and poses). The second part of the workshop will include a guided practice, integrating the concepts discussed.
