Balance Workshop

Come explore the principals of balance (sthira/sukha) for your physical and mental practice. This 2-hour course will include practical application of movements to develop strength, mobility, and stability with a focus on feet and hips. We will also explore your own best practices for mental/emotional strength and resilience.

This class is open to anyone interested in developing their physical & mental stability - all levels welcome. Fee $50. Pre-register HERE. Yoga Alliance CEUs are available for this course.
